These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of become-the-answer.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Become The Answer, operated by Phil Belleville (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
What we offer
The Site offers free 30-minute calls about SEO, AI SEO, and GEO, along with educational content. A paid training program may be offered in the future under separate terms communicated at that time.
No guarantees; not professional advice
Information shared on the Site and during calls is educational and general in nature. Search engine and AI-platform behavior changes constantly and is outside anyone’s control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations by AI platforms, revenue, or any specific outcome. Nothing on the Site or in a call constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice, and no client relationship is created by a free call.
Scheduling and cancellations
Calls are booked through our third-party calendar, TidyCal, and held on Zoom. Please book only if you intend to attend. If you cannot make your slot, cancel or reschedule through the link in your confirmation email so the time can go to someone else. We may decline or cancel bookings at our discretion, including suspected spam or duplicate bookings. Calls are not recorded without prior notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach security, scrape or harvest data, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms or bookings.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and the Become The Answer name and materials — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party services
The Site integrates third-party services including TidyCal and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and calls are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site or participation in a call. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
